An officer of the High Desert Bar Association, Mrs. Medeiros has 21 years of legal experience in estate planning, family law, bankruptcy, civil, real estate, personal injury and workers’ compensation. Mrs. Medeiros earned her Paralegal Certification from California State University San Bernardino in 1991. Mrs. Medeiros earned her Juris Doctor Degree from William Howard Taft University School of Law in 2001. Mrs. Medeiros earned her accreditation in workers’ compensation law in 2003 from University of California Riverside.

Mrs. Medeiros currently practices in probate matters, estate planning including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance directives. She also handles workers’ compensation cases. Mrs. Medeiros is admitted to practice law as an attorney and counselor at law in all courts in the State of California as well as in the United States District Court and Federal Courts.

Mrs. Medeiros also practices in the area of Real Estate Law including loan modifications. Mrs. Medeiros is a Real Estate Broker, licensed by the Department of Real Estate and has 17 years experience in Real Estate.

Mrs. Medeiros has enjoyed several personal accomplishments including finisher of several half marathons, a triathlon, and the Los Angeles Marathon.
