Our Staff

The staff has been a consistent force in providing legal and moral support to the clients serviced by Medeiros & Associates.

Jennifer E. Norman, Family Law Administrator, with more than 30 years experience in family law, allows the clients to be secure in the legal support provided by her and the rest of the staff in child custody, divorce, adoption, child support, guardianships, and bankruptcy matters. Mrs. Norman is a graduate of Victor Valley College and has earned her paralegal certification. Mrs. Norman has been Office Administrator at Medeiros and Associates since 1990.

Shirley A. Greenway is a certified paralegal obtaining her certification more than twelve years ago. Ms. Greenway has been an important part of the Medeiros & Associates team since 1991. Ms. Greenway is the Administrator of our Barstow location. With more than 37 years of financial experience, Ms. Greenway also handles all accounting at Medeiros & Associates. Ms. Greenway is a Notary Public.

Vanessa Saltos has more than ten years legal experience, with nine of those years being at Medeiros & Associates. Ms. Saltos assists our bankruptcy clients and keeps current on bankruptcy laws with her attendance at Inland Counties Bankruptcy Forum seminars. Ms. Saltos has more than ten years of financial experience and is licensed as a tax preparer by the California Tax Education Council. Ms. Saltos is fluent in Spanish and she is a Notary Public.

Jeanette Cano graduated from Kaplan College in Riverside, California earning her paralegal degree and certification. Mrs. Cano is a member of the Inland Counties Association of Paralegals. Mrs. Cano is fluent in Spanish and has more than 6 years of experience she has shared with us at Medeiros & Associates. Mrs. Cano works in the areas of Family Law to include, Dissolution of Marriage, Legal Separation, Annulments, Child Custody, Child and Spousal Support, Domestic Violence, Emancipations and Guardianships.

Amber Foster is a legal assistant in our probate and estate planning department with more than ten years experience. Amber assists in the preparation of wills, trusts, probate documents and is also familiar with family law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody, child and spousal support, domestic violence and guardianships.

Sandra Sanchez is on her fifth year at Medeiros & Associates. Mrs. Sanchez graduated from Victor Valley College with her Associate of Arts degree in business administration and business law. Mrs. Sanchez has more than ten years customer service experience and six years legal experience. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Jordan Mitchell has five years of legal experience all of which are with Medeiros & Associates. Mrs. Mitchell is a legal assistant in the Bankruptcy and Family Law Departments and is currently obtaining her degree at Victor Valley College.
